📦 SHIPPING POLICY – KB SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

At KB Services Private Limited, we are committed to providing reliable, affordable, and transparent shipping services for all orders placed through our platforms or physical branches. This policy outlines our shipping charges, methods, delivery timelines, and customer service terms.

⚖️ Orders above 500g will be charged extra as per actual weight and PIN code. Charges will be communicated at checkout or by our executive.

⏱️ DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Order Processing Time: 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Dispatch Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 working days depending on your location and accessibility.

Remote Areas: May experience longer delivery times (up to 10 days).

📲 ORDER TRACKING

Tracking ID and link will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.

Use the link to check real-time status of your package.

Contact us if tracking isn’t updated within 3 days of dispatch.

🎥 UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATORY FOR CERTAIN SERVICES

For services like eSanjeevani, ABC ID, or ABHA card, users must:

Record an opening/unboxing video while opening the parcel.

Share clear images of the received items.

Failure to provide these may result in service non-activation or denial of support.

⚠️ DELIVERY RULES

Always verify your address and contact details before placing an order.

For COD orders, ensure payment is ready at the time of delivery.

Orders returned due to customer unavailability or refusal will not be resent without extra charges.

🧾 PAYMENT OPTIONS

Prepaid Orders: Accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards.

COD Orders: ₹90 charge for up to 500g. Cash must be paid to the delivery agent.

COD is available only in select PIN codes and may be cancelled if service is unavailable.

🔁 RETURNS & RE-DELIVERY

Returns due to seller error (wrong/damaged item) will be free of charge.

Other returns (e.g., wrong address provided, customer not available) will attract re-delivery charges.

No return accepted without unboxing video.

❗ LOST / DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your parcel is not received within 10 working days, notify us.

If tracking shows “delivered” but the item was not received, report within 48 hours.
